Q: What are your hours of operation?
Our laundromats are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to fit laundry into your schedule. The last wash must be started by 8:30 PM, as machines stop running sharply at 10:00 PM.
Q: How do I pay for laundry services?
River City Laundromat App — tap and pay directly from your phone.
Laundry Card — reloadable and usable at all machines.
No more fumbling with quarters — it’s quick and convenient!
Where can I download the LaundryCat App?
Easy to use:
Download the app or visit our kiosk.
Register your card or account.
Add funds using cash, card, or EBT.
Tap to start a machine—your balance updates instantly.
Track cycles, receive alerts, and see your transaction history.
Your balance is secure—even if you lose the card (as long as it’s registered).
